NUTRITIONAL THERAPY for
Optimal Wellness

Nutrition is the foundation of health. What we eat determines how well our body functions. Years of poor dietary choices can hamper the body's ability to process and utilize the nutrients in our food. Today's food is highly processed and full of herbicides and pesticides. Our protein sources are loaded with antibiotics and hormones.

Our fast foods are full of trans-fatty acids and hydrogenated oils which can lead to hormone imbalances and cardiac problems.  Diabetes is epidemic even in our children. Sugar and high-fructose corn syrup is in everything.

What can we do?

  • Does our immune system function optimally?

  • What do we avoid?

  • How do we know we have nutritional deficiencies?

  • How do we correct nutritional deficiencies and get better?

The answer is simple: Nutritional Therapy

Optimal Health

Nutritional therapy works to correct deficiencies and imbalances through dietary changes and supplementation.

We focus on SIX foundations:

  • Nutrient-Dense Diet

  • Digestion

  • Sugar Balance

  • Mineral Balance

  • Essential Fatty Acid Balance

  • Hydration

How do you achieve Optimal Health and Wellness?
A Nutritional Therapist can help you achieve this by using these tools:

Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire
Completing a nutritional assessment questionnaire which evaluates standard signs and symptoms and isolates the most important areas to focus on.

Food Journal
The three-day food journal provides a look at your diet to determine nutrient intake and make recommendations.

Functional Evaluation
This is used to determine specific deficiencies and what supplements can alleviate those deficiencies. The evaluation involves non-invasive hands-on testing to assess reflex points, and other signs to determine how your body's organs are functioning. Lingual-neural testing is performed to determine your individual body's needs.

Supplementation
Once deficiencies and imbalances are determined, dietary and supplementation recommendations are made to bring the body back to optimal health and wellness and support the targeted organs.

Re-evaluation
Re-evaluation is needed to monitor your progress toward wellness and optimal health.
Modifications may need to be made in supplementation and diet as you progress. Sometimes Detoxification or referrals may be needed as well.

Take charge of your own health and begin to feel younger and healthier.
